HVAC to the Future

Pledge to replace our broken Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system today.

We’re going to need more than 1.21 Gigawatts of power to replace our broken, outdated and inefficient Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system ... we need your pledge!

These critical HVAC systems keep the nave, church offices, narthex and bathrooms cool during the summer and warm during the winter. A functioning HVAC system also protects our church building from long-term damage from mold and mildew, and extends the life of expensive and delicate equipment…like our organ!

We estimate these projects will cost $250,000 - $350,000, and generous parishioners have already donated the first $130,000. If 100 more Epiphanites each pledged $1000 … we’d be close to our goal!

Please prayerfully and thoughtfully consider what amount you may be able to contribute. Your pledge today can be paid over two years, and is an investment in Epiphany for years to come!

Pledge Online

Pledging online requires using Realm - our church management software. If you have not  yet registered for an account, contact the parish office to request an invitation to create a login.

Once you've logged in, click Giving under the main menu on the left, and then click the GREY + Pledge button next to the + GIVE button. Select the HVAC to the Future campaign, enter the pledge information and click Save OR Save & Set Up Online Gift if you want to make a payment now or set up a recurring gift. You can still choose to just save and can contribute later either online or by paper check.

Pledge by Email or Mail

If you prefer to fill out a paper pledge card, cards are available in the narthex and will also be mailed to everyone the week of September 13. However, if you want to pledge by paper today, click here to access the PDF of it that you can fill out, save and then email to our bookkeeper Susie Boyko. You can also just print the PDF and mail it to the church.
